"A Song For You" Live Beim Stockholm Konzert

 

Die "Taking Chances" WorldTour ist immer für eine fantastische Überraschung gut. So auch letztens in Stockholm. Zu Beginn lief alles nach Plan. Das mitreißende "I Drove All Night" Intro erklang und das Publikum staunte über die ersten Special Effects. Céline erschien auf der magischen Bühne und präsentierte ihre ersten rockigen Songs und Balladen. Dann aber nahm sich Céline einen Moment Zeit, wandte sich dem Publikum zu und verkündete, dass sie eine Überraschung habe. Um genau zu sein, handelte es sich um einen Überraschungsgast und zwar um den Songwritter und Komponisten Robert Wells. Dem einen oder anderen wird der Name vielleicht nicht allzu viel sagen. Robert Wells hat "A Song For You" zu Céline's aktuellem englischen Album "Taking Chances" beigesteuert. An diesem Abend in Stockholm kam Robert Wells auf die Bühne, umarmte Céline und setzte sich ans Piano und spielte die unverkennbaren Anfangsakkorde von "A Song For You". Das Publikum war den Tränen nah. Keiner hätte damit gerechten, dass Céline diesem emotionalen Song LIVE in Stockholm singen würde. Nur Robert Wells am Piano, Céline makellose Brilliantstimme und die herzberührenden Lyrics von "A Song For You". Das war ein besonderes Highlight der "Taking Chances" WorldTour voller Leidenschaft und Emotionen, das sicher allen noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. The "Taking Chances" WorldTour is always a fantastic surprise. Also recently in Stockholm. At the beginning everything went according to plan. The rousing "I Drove All Night" Intro sounded and the crowd was amazed about the first special effects. Céline appeared on the magic stage and presented her first rock songs and ballads. But then Céline took a moment, turned to the audience and announced that she has a surprise. To be precise, a surprise guest, the songwritter and composer Robert Wells. The name tells you perhaps not too much. Robert Wells has contributed "A Song for You" to Celine's current English album "Taking Chances". On this evening in Stockholm Robert Wells came to the stage, hugged Céline and sat down to the piano and played the first unmistakable chords of "A Song for You". The audience was close to tears. None had thought that Céline would sing this emotional song LIVE in Stockholm. Only Robert Wells on piano, Céline flawless-brilliant voice and the heart-touching lyrics of "A Song For You".
